After much work last night....I have good news. After uploading a .csv file of Zip Codes into my application, I have results.
I did not finish the list but after allowing my app to do the work it spit out the result file. Over 12k records were in the output.

Enjoy, I am 100% open to ideas. The format is very flexible.

p.s. the file is international and not limited to the US. I am coding out a way to categorize by country/State/Zip. More to come
